Mechanical Technician/Electrical Controls - 2nd Shift

Job Title Electro/Mechanical Technician Hours Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM Pay & Benefits

• 5,000 Hiring Bonus
• 31.59 per hour plus $1.25 differential 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Annual pay increases Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off and personal holidays after one year of service Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventive and predictive maintenance on assigned systems. Diagnose mechanical and electrical circuitry malfunctions using visual, auditory senses, test systems, and technical publications. Report and take necessary action to prevent food safety and quality problems. Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production lines and associated systems. Other duties as assigned by supervisor as dictated by business and production necessities. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background. Maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment preferred. Knowledge of production machinery repair, troubleshooting, pneumatic/hydraulic, and electrical/electronic skills. Experience with CMMS (highly desired). Ammonia training a plus. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. At least two (2) years of maintenance experience with knowledge of robotics, automation, PLCs, and electro‑mechanical maintenance. Regular, prompt attendance during scheduled hours. Excellent communication skills and team orientation with desire to learn new skills and grow their career. Quality and safety minded, reliable, dependable, conscientious, precise, self‑motivated.
