As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA Therapy to children with Autism, helping them reach their full potential and build a brighter future. About the Role

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism
• Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify behavioral goals and develop strategies to achieve them
• Providing training and support to parents and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
• Collaborating with our team of therapists and supervisors to ensure seamless delivery of ABA Therapy services
• Maintaining accurate records and reports to track progress and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of new treatment approaches and strategies

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Part-Time schedule (hours discussed during interview)

• In-person role — must live in Virginia
