Maintenance Lead

Role Requirements & Experience

• Targeting 5-7 years of maintenance experience within food manufacturing .
• Familiarity with packaging machinery is important.
• Encapsulation experience is not required and can be taught.
• 2+ years of leadership and training experience (team size of 3+).
• Strong ability to perform root cause analysis and problem-solve mechanical breakdowns , not just repair symptoms.

• Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce and navigate adversity constructively.
• Strong mechanical aptitude paired with high communication awareness .
• Able to communicate clearly across all levels-from Operators to Senior Leadership.
• Demonstrated team orientation with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally (Quality, EHS, Operations, etc.).
