Your Experience & Skills 1 year of experience as a Veterinary Client Service Representative Excellent communication skills Positive attitude Basic computer literacy High School Diploma or equivalent About The Hospital Dermatology for Animals Palm Beach Gardens is a dermatology specialty practice conveniently located inside the Veterinary Neurology & Imaging Center focusing on canine and feline dermatologic care. With 25 locations nationwide, you’ll feel the support of an interconnected specialty network while enjoying the comfort of a small local practice. We are open Monday – Thursday from 8a – 5p. You’re Willing and Able To Support veterinarians to ensure quality veterinary care, advocate for pets, and educate clients Assist veterinarians and the medical team to maximize productivity and maintain positive patient flow Assist in scheduling appointments and procedures Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area Great clients and patients alike Communicate with clients about individualized pet health concerns and offer guidance on Thrive Membership options, medications, and additional treatments Assist in maintaining relevant, comprehensive medical records with the support of practice systems Obtain relevant health history and information from clients and maintain medical charts Be willing to guide, mentor, and support fellow team members You’ll Grow with Us Here, you can grow your career as best fits you through access to comprehensive learning and skillset programs.
