NOW HIRING – TIG WELDER (3RD SHIFT)
Location: Fresno, CA
Pay Rate: $30.00 – $34.00/hr DOE
PayCruit is currently hiring experienced TIG Welders for a 3rd shift opportunity. We are looking for dependable candidates with strong welding experience and attention to detail in a manufacturing environment.
Shift:
3rd Shift – Schedule may vary based on production needs
Job Duties:
• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and measurements
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
• Grind, fit, and prepare materials for welding
• Maintain clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of TIG welding experience preferred
• Must be able to pass a weld test
• Experience reading blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be dependable and able to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Steel toe boots required
• Welding certifications are a plus
