We are a leading precast concrete manufacturer seeking reliable, hardworking team members to support daily production operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, steady hours, and long-term career potential in the construction and manufacturing industry.

Location: San Marcos, TX
Pay: Starting at $17/hr
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties in a precast concrete production environment
• Tie rebar according to specifications and reinforcement drawings
• Assist in pouring, leveling, and finishing concrete molds
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and concrete finishing equipment
• Read and follow production instructions, measurements, and safety guidelines
• Work in outdoor/industrial conditions, standing for long periods
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Support daily production goals and deadlines

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction, concrete, precast, or general labor preferred
• Ability to work long shifts (mandatory availability Monday–Saturday, 5 AM–6 PM)
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Comfortable working in outdoor and indoor industrial environments
• Reliable transportation to the San Marcos facility
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
