Radiology - CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Mid Hours per Shift: 12 hours (14:30 - 00:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Client License required Certifications: ARRT R & CT Certifications, IV Certification, BLS required Must-Have: Siemens equipment experience Description:Urgently seeking a CT Tech to perform both CT scans and X-rays.Candidates must have ARRT R & CT certification, NYS License, and IV Certification at the time of submittal.This is a dual-modality role requiring experience with Siemens equipment.Normal work schedule is 2:30 PM to Midnight from Wednesday through Saturday.Training will take place for the first two weeks on Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6 PM.The daily caseload may involve up to 20 patients.Patient age groups include pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.The caseload will involve orthopedic exams performed in either an exam room setting or via portable equipment.Candidates may rotate across multiple departments.The position requires the ability to lift, push, pull, or move patients and equipment in excess of 150 pounds.Experience with outpatient, inpatient, ER, and adult ICU settings is beneficial.Charting system experience with Epic is preferred.Required skills include the ability to perform various X-ray and CT procedures.Candidates must provide managerial references, excluding Charge RN references.All certifications must be verified during the application process.Locals may be accepted at the same rate as travelers. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
