Spa Director

Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. The pay for this full-time position is $65,000 per year, plus a 15% Net Ancillary Bonus. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the spa, wellness, and spa front desk concierge teams Ensure exceptional resident satisfaction and personalized service throughout all spa experiences Maintain a five-star luxury service environment and uphold brand standards Organize and oversee group fitness classes, Pilates programming, and wellness activities Create, organize, and oversee monthly spa and wellness events for residents and community engagement Collaborate and partner with spa vendors, wellness providers, and luxury wellness brands to enhance resident offerings and experiences Work closely with condo management and the lifestyle team on resident programming and operational needs Hire, onboard, train, coach, and manage spa providers, fitness staff, and spa front desk concierge team members Oversee training and continued education of new spa techniques, treatments, and wellness services Ensure team members maintain professional presentation, service standards, and operational consistency Create and maintain organized SOPs and operational procedures for all spa and wellness services Manage payroll and scheduling for spa and wellness staff Oversee P&L performance and operational expenses Develop and execute revenue-driving initiatives and ensure financial goals are achieved Ensure performance sales goals are met Maintain knowledge of Florida state spa regulations and inspection requirements Ensure spa operations remain compliant with all sanitation, safety, licensing, and inspection standards Oversee cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards throughout spa and wellness areas Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of spa management experience in a luxury spa, hospitality, residential, or wellness environment Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and resident relations Experience managing spa providers, fitness teams, and spa front desk concierge staff Experience with payroll, scheduling, budgeting, and P&L management Knowledge of Florida spa inspection and operational requirements preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience coordinating wellness programming, luxury vendor partnerships, group fitness, and Pilates classes preferred Five-star luxury service knowledge and spa management experience required Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills required Legal to work in the US Benefits Weekly Pay!
