This structured, hands‑on development program pairs trainees with an experienced Auto Tech Mentor to build technical skills, gain real‑world shop experience, and progress into a fully qualified Automotive Technician role within 6 months. This role is ideal for individuals currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an automotive technology program who are looking to accelerate their career in the automotive industry. Trainees will gain exposure to a wide range of vehicle systems while working in a fast‑paced retail environment where you’ll work on real customer vehicles and build skills that translate directly to your career. Program Overview (Auto Tech Development Program) One‑on‑one mentorship with a certified Automotive Technician Hands‑on training across key automotive systems and repair areas Defined competency milestones and career progression Opportunity to earn ASE certifications and transition into a full Automotive Technician role Successful completion of the Auto Tech Development Program may lead to promotion into a Certified Automotive Technician role, with continued growth opportunities within Belle Tire.
