Company Overview: The Dillard House, a Farm Resort is a new addition to the Legacy Ventures portfolio and will be an exciting adventure as we build on what the Dillard family has developed since 1917. This one-of-a-kind property is nestled in the picturesque Tennessee River Valley within a two-hour drive north of Atlanta in Rabun County. It will represent tradition with authentically sourced cuisine, numerous outdoor activities and outstanding southern charm and hospitality.

Summary: A Housekeeping Unit Cleaner is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive rental units, hallways, and public areas of multi-unit properties. Team members are expected to follow all cleaning and safety procedures, replacing linens and replenishing guest unit supplies. The ideal candidate for these positions is EXTREMELY detail-oriented and must have a heightened awareness and attention to detail. Reliability is of the utmost importance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift, adhering to company and brand standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties such as setting up cleaning carts with supplies and linens.
• Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms.
• Ensure all hallways, public areas, and closets are clean, neat, and vacuumed.
• Report missing items or maintenance issues in guest rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle "Lost and Found" items according to hotel standards.
• Maintain effective communication with guests, team members, and management.
• Follow procedures as outlined by the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
