Contract | Days (3x12-Hour Shifts, 7:00–19:30) with possible night shift rotation (19:00–7:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care in a high-volume operating room environment with a predominant focus on orthopedic cases
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties across a broad range of surgical specialties including general, bariatric, colorectal, oncology, and robotic-assisted procedures
• Participate in weeknight call coverage averaging 1–2 nights per week
• Participate in weekend call coverage approximately every 4–5 weeks (24-hour Saturday or Sunday call, approximately 1–2 days per month)
• Chart accurately and in a timely manner using EPIC electronic health records

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Nebraska state license accepted as pending at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with the majority of the following case types: Lap Chole, Lap Appy, Ex Lap, I&D, Bariatric, Colorectal, PEG & Trach, and DaVinci robotic-assisted cases
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility (local candidates not accepted)
• Must not be a first-time traveler

Preferred Experience / Skills

• DaVinci robotic-assisted surgery experience highly preferred
• Experience in Oncology, Orthopedics, and/or Neurosurgery highly preferred
• Predominantly orthopedic skillset strongly desired
