Our Market Risk Analyst III doesn't just watch numbers move — they understand why, across physical gas, financial derivatives, and power markets. What You’ll Actually Do Monitor daily MTM, positions, and exposure across gas hubs and power ISOs/RTOs (ERCOT, PJM, MISO, SPP, CAISO) Validate forward curves — price, volatility, discounting — across natural gas and power markets Track limit adherence and elevate breaches per policy Support scenario analysis, stress testing, and VaR model review and back‑testing Evaluate market risk on structured transactions and asset‑backed deals Partner across Commercial, Accounting, Credit, Treasury, and Audit What We’re Looking For 5–7 years of market risk, quantitative analysis, or trading analytics experience in natural gas and/or power markets Advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI Solid grounding in curve construction, valuation concepts, and VaR methodologies Allegro or Endur experience highly beneficial FRM, ERP, or CFA a plus — not required Why BKV?
