Location: Hatfield, PA 19440
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Schedule: 4-day week (Mon-Thurs), 4-5am start, OT available
Employment Type: Temp-Hire offered through Kelly Services.

About the Role:

We're seeking a certified Forklift Driver to join a company that specializes in cold-chain fulfillment for frozen and refrigerated eCommerce brands-such as meal kits, specialty foods, and e-pharmacies-helping these businesses ship perishable goods safely and efficiently. What You'll Do:

• Zip around the warehouse on a forklift, keeping things moving
• Load and unload temperature-controlled trailers to keep the action going
• Stage pallets and help the packing line stay on track
• Pick products with precision and efficiency-every shift presents a new challenge
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized
• Work together with a fun, focused team in a modern warehouse
• Stay cool (literally!) working in cold and freezer environments
• Enjoy a consistent schedule with most weekends off

What We're Looking For:

• Valid forklift certification
• Experience in cold storage, freezer, or fast-paced warehouse (preferred)
• Positive attitude and team spirit-a sense of fun is a must!
• Safety-focused and detail-oriented
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to pitch in wherever needed
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
