Maintenance Technician

Peak Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our upcoming 300+ unit property, Hunter's Pointe, located in Overland, Kansas. Responsibilities and Requirements Provide exceptional, above-standard service to all customers. Maintain equipment with technical, HVAC, electronic troubleshooting, and general maintenance skills. Participate in on‑call rotation. Hold a valid driver’s license and possess reliable transportation. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods standing and walking. Physically able to climb ladders, bend, and crawl into awkward spaces. Lift up to 50 pounds. Traverse a variety of properties with stairs in varying weather.
