Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time Autumn Lake at Union | Union, NJ $42-$47/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Ultimate Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Union. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys helping residents improve daily function, regain important skills, and work toward greater independence. What You'll Do Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care Provide skilled treatment focused on activities of daily living, strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and functional performance Establish meaningful goals based on each resident's abilities and rehabilitation needs Introduce adaptive techniques and equipment when appropriate Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on resident response Educate residents and caregivers on strategies that promote safety and independence Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with COTAs, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team What We Offer $42-$47/hour Full-time position Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off and holiday pay Continuing education support Supportive and collaborative rehabilitation team Short-term rehabilitation and long-term care caseload Opportunities for professional growth Qualifications Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license required Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply If you're an OT looking for an opportunity to help residents strengthen everyday skills and achieve greater functional independence, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
