Recreation Supervisor

Overview As a Recreation Supervisor, you'll be responsible for supervising the recreation team and assisting the Recreation Manager at Everline Resort & Spa starting in December 2026 You'll oversee recreation facilities, ensuring positive and friendly guest relations. With creativity and curiosity you will work with recreation leadership to create and execute memorable and unique activities for our guests, owners, and community. Paid sick time Participation in a 401(k) plan with a company match. Responsibilities Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service. Train team members with the needed knowledge of all activities in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately. Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction. Monitor cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of previous recreation experience. Must be able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a hosptiality or resort enivornment preferred. Ability to provide legible communication and directions.
