Travel Coordinator

The Travel Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating travel needs for Field Operations (FO) employees, independent contractors, and prospective hires. This role works with our travel partners to negotiate discounted rates with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other partners to secure cost-effective arrangements. This position plays a critical role in supporting operational efficiency and has a direct impact on Optum Serve's (OS) overall travel budget. • Coordinate all travel needs for travelers, including air, car, and hotel reservations • Manage travel needs for Vice Presidents and other Optum Serve employees, ensuring accurate and timely booking of air, car, and hotel accommodations • Reconcile company credit card charges and other travel-related invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Thetford, VT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
