Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based outpatient physical therapy services
• Transition into oversight of daily clinic operations and performance
• Lead and mentor clinical and front desk staff
• Optimize patient scheduling, flow, and clinic efficiency
• Build referral relationships with local physicians, employers, and community partners
• Track and drive key performance metrics with leadership support

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
• Active Illinois PT license (or eligibility)
• 2+ years of outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong interest in growing into a leadership role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy urban clinic setting
