Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA certification (CF or CCC’s)
• Active state licensure as an SLP
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with students, families, and colleagues
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized care
• Adaptability to changing school needs and caseloads

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions based on assessment data
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with educational teams and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide guidance and resources to families and staff to support children’s communication goals
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure student success
