Shipping & Receiving Clerk
We are currently seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a 2nd shift opportunity in Wharton, NJ. This position offers the potential for permanent employment based on performance and attendance.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with truck drivers during arrivals and departures.
- Verify and document incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Review shipping paperwork and ensure accuracy of all records.
- Provide drivers with Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other required documentation.
- Track and confirm driver arrivals and shipment status.
- Maintain organized shipping and receiving records.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors.
- Follow company safety procedures and shipping guidelines.
- Previous shipping and receiving experience required.
- Experience working with Bills of Lading (BOLs) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Must be willing to work overtime (OT) as needed.
- Resume required.
- Interview required prior to placement.
