What You'll Do Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy aligned with business goals Drive revenue through private events, group bookings, and VIP reservations Build relationships with corporate clients, concierge networks, and event agencies Lead all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team Collaborate with marketing to create sales collateral and campaigns Host site visits and liaise with clients to deliver exceptional event experiences Oversee the planning and execution of all events at Sexy Fish Miami, from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions. Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery. Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure profitability and client satisfaction. Manage the CRM pipeline, reporting weekly performance and forecasting Represent Sexy Fish Miami at networking events, tradeshows, and industry functions What We're Looking For: 5 years of experience in sales and event management, preferably within the luxury hospitality or restaurant industry. A strong network of contacts in Miami’s hospitality and corporate scene Impeccable communication and client-facing skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized Ability to grasp, lift, move, or push goods on cart/truck weighing up to 15 pounds. Ability to move safely in uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
