Responsibilities:

• Perform general office administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Manage incoming phone calls and greet walk-in customers with a professional demeanor.
• Schedule installations and contact customers for follow-up and satisfaction surveys.
• Maintain accurate records by counting, scanning, and filing documents.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing client inquiries and posting account activities.
• Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) for various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn company-specific software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A responsible, mature attitude towards work with a focus on reliability and dedication.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
