To support a high-volume fashion retouching studio, the full-time Associate Photo Retoucher will process and evaluate images for the web, ensuring they meet visual standards while collaborating with the team in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Retouch and run quality control on raw and .jpg product images to align with visual standards Batch color correct images and composite them to scale, assessing quality throughout the process Collaborate with the team during daily check-ins and maintain communication with support teams to meet deadlines Required qualifications: Proficient understanding of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Bridge, Lightroom, and Photoshop Product retouching portfolio showcasing before/after examples Minimum of 1 year of relevant photo retouching experience is preferred Excellent color vision and sound judgment in both independent and collaborative settings Ability to work under tight deadlines with a proactive work ethic
