Responsibilities

Deliver quality care without feeling rushed - provide thorough cleanings, assessments, and preventive care using modern tools that support-not slow down-your day

Build meaningful patient relationships - educate and coach patients in a supportive, judgment-free way that actually makes a difference

Collaborate as a true clinical partner - work alongside doctors who value your input in co-diagnosing and treatment planning

Create a comfortable patient experience - help patients feel at ease, heard, and cared for from start to finish

Work with technology that helps you succeed - digital tools and updated equipment, plus ongoing support to keep your skills sharp


Qualifications

Are a licensed Dental Hygienist (or graduating soon) who takes pride in providing high-quality, patient-centered care

Enjoy educating and connecting with patients - and want the time and support to do it the right way

Compensation
