Sales Associate - Beverly Hills Store

Summary Customer-facing sales role at the Beverly Hills boutique serving a discerning international clientele. The role covers all aspects of daily boutique operations, including sales, after‑care services, customer communication, stock handling and administrative tasks. The Sales Associate is expected to maximize sales while delivering exceptional service and building long‑term customer relationships. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and develop and maximize sales opportunities on the sales floor. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of John Lobb products, features and benefits. Ensure store displays are refreshed and visually attractive at all times. Handle customer queries, correspondence and aftersales support. Maintain awareness of store and network stock; ensure proper storage and handling of inventory. Participate in stock ordering, receiving and inventory maintenance processes. Contribute to CRM initiatives by compiling and maintaining an accurate customer database. Support store security procedures and liaise with the wider team; undertake projects as directed by the Store Manager. Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in high-end or luxury international retail; shoes/menswear experience is a plus. Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in an additional language advantageous. Some retail administration experience; basic understanding of CRM systems and e-commerce preferred. Sophisticated approach to selling and strong customer relationship skills.
