Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, consistent bar service at a range of event types, from weddings to corporate gatherings. Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests, adhering to standard recipes and presentations. Interact with guests, take orders, and serve drinks in a friendly and engaging manner. Assess guests' needs and preferences, making recommendations that enhance their event experience. Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar areas before, during, and after events, ensuring a tidy and safe environment. Check guests' identification to confirm it meets legal drinking age requirements. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed. Process payment transactions and tip reporting. Handle glassware and bar tools with care and professionalism. Work closely with event coordinators and catering staff to ensure cohesive service. Qualifications: Proven working experience as a bartender with a solid reference track record. Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. Computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean. Ability to work cohesively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and ABC training certificates. Preferred Attributes: Experience in a catering or events setting. Flexibility to work in various locations and adapt to different event styles.
