Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The Learning Community, a vibrant, welcoming public charter school that centers the voices of students, families, and teachers, seeks a highly collaborative, dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. What are we hoping for from a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst? This is a unique position that bridges our rapidly changing student needs in Tier II student observation and planning, paraprofessional and instructional coaching! This key role is focused on observing students who are struggling with the behavior expectations of a classroom setting and then working with those who serve those students to create (a revision) plans for those students. This role focuses on the major increase in neurodiversity across the board and the desire of our team to learn as much as we can to meet the needs of every student.
