Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Senior Investment Advisors to deliver strategic, operational, and capital markets guidance across private market transactions.

This is not traditional employment . Senior Investment Advisors operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Advisors:

• Advise on fund formation, capital raising, deal structuring, and operational strategy

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts to build internal capacity and deal quality

• Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure

• Build a verified Advisor Track Record within the ecosystem

This role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, senior fund executives, or consultants with a proven record of leading or advising on private market transactions.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Senior Investment Advisors may:

• Guide fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning

• Advise deal sponsors on transaction structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy

• Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence standards, and execution best practices

• Provide portfolio advisory, operational insight, and value creation guidance

• Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors, co-investors, and strategic partners

Focus: high-level strategy, relationship-driven deal activation, and mentorship.
Day-to-day modeling or transactional execution is engagement-specific and subject to approval.

Eligible Advisory Areas

• Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications

• Deal structuring, investment committee support, and transaction strategy

• Portfolio company advisory and operational value creation

• Mentorship and technical training for analysts and scouts

• Investor relations and network strategy

Approval is granted based on experience, track record, and demonstrated ability to advise on real transactions.

Compensation & Deal Economics

• Independent contractor model

• Hourly rates: $200–$500 , depending on experience, track record, and engagement scope

• Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory contributions to closed deals

• Payments issued after successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

• No cap on earning potential for consistent high-value contributions

How Advisors Get Activated

1. Submit an Advisor application with background, deal history, and track record

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin advising funds, sponsors, and analysts on approved engagements

This ensures selectivity, credibility, and access to real private market opportunities.

Compliance Notice

Senior Investment Advisors do not :

• Provide investment advice to the general public

• Solicit securities

• Market investments outside of approved channels

• Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All advisory work must comply with applicable securities laws and focus on strategic guidance, mentorship, and deal support.
