Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Exterior Construction Sales Professional who is comfortable selling any product we offer roofing, siding, or metal—across retail, insurance, and commercial markets. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, professional, and capable of identifying customer needs, presenting complete exterior solutions, and closing high-value projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell roofing, siding, and metal systems to residential, insurance, and commercial clients
• Generate and manage leads through self-prospecting, referrals, and company-provided leads
• Conduct detailed inspections for roofs, siding, and exterior systems
• Work directly with homeowners, property managers, business owners, and insurance adjusters
• Manage insurance claims from inspection through final approval and job completion
• Prepare accurate estimates, scopes of work, and professional proposals
• Educate customers on material options, system benefits, and full exterior solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining company margins
• Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with production and project management teams for smooth execution
• Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals
