Digital Agency Remote Role: Junior Reporting Specialist Are you early in your reporting and data visualization career, and looking to build your skills with a digital marketing agency that helps grow the world's top life science companies? We are looking for a Junior Reporting Specialist to own the day-to-day build, enhancement and maintenance of our client dashboards in Google Data Studio. You will make sure our clients receive accurate, well-presented reporting on time, and you will grow your technical and analytical skills alongside an experienced Reporting & Analytics team. This is a fully remote, 12-month fixed-term role at 35 hours per week, with a review at 12 months to continue if it works for both parties. ABOUT THE ROLE Our Reporting & Analytics team delivers reporting and insight across a growing book of life science clients, from mid-market brands to enterprise pharma, medtech and diagnostics organisations. Much of the team's day-to-day work is the enhancement and maintenance of client dashboards, raised as tickets by our account teams and clients. As our Junior Reporting Specialist, you will be the dedicated owner of that workload, with two core deliverables: Reliable day-to-day reporting. Resolve dashboard tickets, from fixes and updates to enhancements and new-client setups, accurately and on time. Consistent, high-quality dashboards. Apply our reporting standards and templates so every client receives clear, accurate and consistently presented reporting. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their reporting capability. You will work with a well-structured data foundation, learn from an experienced team, and have a clear route to take on more advanced work as your skills develop. You will report to our Analytics & Reporting Manager and work closely with our account managers and Data Engineer. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Dashboard Tickets & Maintenance Own the queue of reporting tickets, including bug fixes, updates, enhancements and new-client setups Build and maintain client dashboards in Google Data Studio, with some Power BI knowledge preferable but not required Keep ticket status up to date so the team, account managers and clients have clear visibility of progress Prioritize work against agreed timelines and flag risks to delivery early Quality & Consistency Apply agreed KPI definitions, naming conventions and dashboard templates across clients QA dashboards before release, checking figures against source platforms Identify data discrepancies and escalate them to the Data Engineer or Conversion Tracking team where needed Maintain clear documentation of dashboard logic and changes Client & Team Support Work with account managers to understand ticket requirements and clarify what clients need Contribute to requirements discussions and translate requests into clear dashboard changes Support the team with ad-hoc reporting and data pulls Suggest improvements to templates and processes based on recurring requests COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS 1+ years of experience in reporting, data visualization or marketing analytics, or a relevant degree with practical project experience Hands-on experience building dashboards in Google Data Studio and/or Power BI Working knowledge of SQL, ideally including Google BigQuery Familiarity with marketing data from GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads or Meta Ads Understanding of core digital marketing concepts such as paid media, SEO and conversion funnels Strong attention to detail and a careful approach to checking data Organized and able to manage multiple tickets and deadlines at once Clear communicator, comfortable asking questions and explaining changes to non-technical colleagues Curious, proactive and keen to learn Desirable: Experience working with a ticketing or task management tool such as Trello Familiarity with CRM data from HubSpot or Salesforce Experience in Life Sciences, B2B marketing or an agency environment CONTRACT DETAILS Contract type: 12-month fixed term, with a review at 12 months to continue Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday Schedule: Flexible, with some overlap with US and UK working hours Work location: Remote IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR THIS ROLE PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING: Please send an email to with the subject line \"I Love Dashboards!\" In blue color font, write 2–3 sentences telling us your name, who you are, and where you live.
