Typical advancement paths include: Machine Operator Millwright Electrician Saw Filer What You'll Do Keep production moving by pulling lumber from lines Stack, package, and prepare finished product for shipment Apply barcodes and perform detail‑oriented tasks Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Maintain a clean and safe work environment This is hands‑on, physical work in a fast‑paced industrial setting where your effort directly drives production and keeps the mill running.
