About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of a robust marketing strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the marketing team, defining brand positioning, and driving customer acquisition and retention across various channels. This executive will also be tasked with owning the marketing budget, establishing KPIs, and leading go-to-market planning for new initiatives. A critical aspect of the role is to partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, e-commerce, finance, operations, merchandising, supply chain, and customer care, to ensure that marketing investments are in line with business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes. Applicants for the Vice President of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of marketing experience, with at least 5 years' in senior leadership roles. A strong background in consumer products or CPG is essential, with a focus on internal operating-company experience. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in brand development, integrated marketing strategy, and performance marketing. Experience in managing significant marketing budgets and a deep understanding of CRM and lifecycle programs are also critical.
