Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $38.94

Shift: Days 

What's the Job?

• Improve the reliability of plant equipment through preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild industrial machinery and equipment to ensure continuous production.
• Perform changeovers, dismantle, evaluate, and rebuild equipment as needed, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Assist in planning maintenance activities using SAP, including parts and work order management.
• Maintain safety standards, keep work areas clean, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Demonstrable knowledge of SAP and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• At least two years of experience as a maintenance mechanic.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform quality welding (TIG, MIG, SMAW).
• Ability to perform rigging, lifting, and use of machine shop tools safely and effectively.
