You are passionate about content for young audiences, fearless in experimentation, and capable of translating insights into high-performing, mission-driven productions. Role Type Full-time Requirements A visionary creator with strong experience in YouTube or adjacent digital content, capable of both ideation and execution. A strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize effectively, balance risk with financial impact, and make tough calls on what to scale, pause, or pivot. Passionate about talent-first content creation, fostering team growth, mentorship, and empowerment. Fluent in data-driven content strategy, audience insights, and performance analytics to inform decisions. Able to navigate multiple platforms, understanding trends across YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, and other digital channels. A strong communicator, capable of translating creative vision into actionable plans for teams, executives, and stakeholders. Experienced in managing budgets, resources, and cross-department operations with a practical understanding of ROI and production economics. Flexible, adaptable, and unafraid to experiment, pivot, and iterate while keeping mission-aligned creative output at the forefront.
