Blue River PetCare is seeking a Leave of Absence Specialist to manage the end-to-end administration of leave and accommodation programs. The role partners with Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and HR Business Partners to support employees through intake, eligibility, and return-to-work processes. You will oversee complex cases, maintain compliant records, and ensure timely communications with employees and managers.
