  • Respond to inbound customer phone calls, emails, and website inquiries
  • Learn about customers' needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities
  • Prepare quotes and follow up with prospective customers
  • Process customer orders accurately
  • Maintain customer records and sales activity
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Build lasting customer relationships through professional communication and service

 

Skills Needed

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Dependability and self-motivation
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to learn technical product information
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
