What's the Short Version?

The Associate Marketing Manager, Product supports the development and execution of marketing strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives and goals. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to bring marketing initiatives to life and deliver consistent, customer-focused messaging across channels. The Associate Marketing Manager combines market insight, product knowledge, and customer-focused storytelling to deliver marketing programs and campaigns that drive product awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Support the development and execution of product and category marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that align with business priorities.
• Contribute to planning and executing marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business objectives
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing activities and ensure alignment of messaging and objectives.
• Assist in developing marketing plans, content strategies, and communications that help customers understand product offerings and support business goals.
• Monitor campaign performance and leverage insights to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and business partners to develop marketing assets and deliver cohesive customer experiences.
• Gather and analyze customer, market, and competitive insights to help identify opportunities and inform marketing recommendations and strategies.
• Provide guidance and feedback to internal partners to ensure marketing initiatives align with brand standards.
• Proof marketing print communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years marketing, product marketing, brand marketing or related experience
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to think strategically while effectively executing day-to-day responsibilities
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and building effective working relationships
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to analyze information, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
• Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business, marketing, and collaboration tools.
• Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

What's Our Offer?

Salary Range: You`ll earn between $80,170 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience.

Bonus: You`ll be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus up to 10% of base salary.

Paid Time Off: You`ll accrue paid time off on a bi-weekly basis based on hours worked up to 112 hours per year to start. Employees also receive 8 paid holidays and 1 paid family day off.

What Should You Expect?

Hybrid: SanMar's Eastpointe office is located in Issaquah, WA in the Seattle metropolitan area. Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional days may be added based on business needs. Our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. Periodic travel may be required. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and participating in virtual and in-person meetings. Frequent use of hands for keyboarding and standard office equipment is required. Occasional standing, walking, and reaching may be needed to attend meetings or collaborate in an office setting. The role requires the ability to perform close visual work on a computer for extended periods. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10–15 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be available to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
