About the Role United Way of New York City (UWNYC) seeks a creative and collaborative digital marketing professional to support the organization's marketing campaigns, fundraising initiatives, events, and digital communications. Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, the Senior Associate, Digital Marketing provides hands‑on support for website management, email marketing, social media, and creative content production to strengthen UWNYC's digital presence and advance its mission. Key Responsibilities Capture photos and video content to support storytelling, marketing campaigns, and organizational events. Update and maintain website content, campaign pages, donation forms, and landing pages to ensure accuracy and brand consistency. Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, donor communications, and event invitations. Create engaging social media graphics, digital assets, and written content aligned with UWNYC's voice and mission. Support digital advertising and paid social media campaigns to increase engagement and website traffic. Monitor website, email, and social media performance, providing recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. Generate digital marketing assets, including QR codes, tracking links, and campaign materials. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns and ensure consistent branding across digital channels. Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality work and meeting deadlines. Qualifications Passion for UWNYC's mission and a commitment to advancing equity and opportunity for all New Yorkers. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field required. One to three years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or creative production. Proficiency with WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact. Familiarity with social media management and digital analytics tools. Strong writing, communication, organizational, and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced, mission-driven environment.
