They partner with the Studio staff to drive sales in order to consistently exceed business objectives. This individual drives an exceptional guest experience and is committed to operational excellence. They coordinate with other Operations Assistants at the Studio, as well as ID's to maintain all operational standards. They are an enthusiastic representative of the Arhaus brand.
