Plan and hostexciting resident eventsandon-site activities. Adhere tocompany policies,tenant and housing laws, andlease provisions. Maintainaccuracy and qualityin administrative tasks. Manageproperty social mediato company standards. Take onadditional dutiesas requested. Maintain highleasing,occupancy, andretention rates, even during construction. Showloyaltyandcarefor your teammates. Ens urreputation scoresmeet or exceed industry standards. Qualifications Proventrack recordincustomer serviceorsales. High school educationor equivalent preferred. Strongwork ethicandintrinsic motivation. Experience withYardiorproperty management softwareis a plus. Flexible schedule, including weekends.
