Pharmacist/ManagerSeeking a full time pharmacist/manager that will dispense medications based on providers' orders, support clinics and provide exceptional patient care by successfully operating the assigned pharmacy location.Details of education and skills:Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.Consultant pharmacist license a plus.Current, active Florida license with no prior licensing infractions in other states.4 to 5 years of experience with 3 years of management or supervisory experience (FQHC or retail experience preferred).Knowledge of Athena or Rx30 software a plus.Ability to demonstrate integrity, trustworthiness, and team focus and ability to motivate others.Ability (or willingness to learn) to build cohesive & collaborative teams.Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot.Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.A positive can-do attitude.Special requirements and skills:Current CPR.Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
