Verification Specialist

The Auto Verifications Specialist supports the auto finance process by reviewing and validating customer and loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, and enjoys solving problems.In the RoleReview and verify customer and loan documentation for accuracy and complianceResolve missing information by communicating with customers, dealerships, and internal partnersResearch and resolve documentation discrepanciesUtilize internal systems to accurately process and maintain informationDeliver excellent service while collaborating with team members and business partnersRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED1 year of customer service experienceStrong attention to detail, communication and organizational skillsCustomer-focused with an investigative mindset and commitment to accuracyTechnical aptitude and ability to work effectively in a team environmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and WordPreferred:Experience in financial services, lending, automotive or document reviewExperience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesLocation: Onsite in West Valley City, UTSchedule: Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 7am-6pm, Saturday 8am-12pm. The schedule is 40 hours per week within hours of operation, which includes a rotating Saturday shift every 5-6 weeks.
