Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor teams responsible for learning, training, credentialing, and professional development programs, creating an environment that delivers exceptional learning experiences and measurable business impact.
• Develop and execute long-term learning and performance support strategies aligned with organizational objectives, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with executive leaders and business partners to understand evolving workforce needs and implement effective talent development solutions.
• Oversee the design and delivery of innovative blended learning programs, performance support resources, and professional development pathways.
• Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators to measure learning effectiveness, adoption rates, workforce readiness, and overall business impact.
• Drive continuous improvement by prioritizing learning initiatives, optimizing development programs, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Champion modern learning practices, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and effective adoption strategies to maximize employee engagement and performance.
• Provide strategic guidance on organizational effectiveness, talent management, change management, performance improvement, and workforce development initiatives.
• Support business operational planning, resource allocation, and budget management while ensuring successful execution of strategic priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience leading talent development, learning, training, operations, or organizational effectiveness initiatives within complex business environments.
• Proven success in developing and implementing strategic workforce development programs that align with business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong leadership experience managing diverse teams and influencing stakeholders across matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformational change initiatives in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Exceptional consulting, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using metrics and insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution while delivering sustainable results.
