Seasonal Sales Associate - Part Time - Savannah, GA Job Category : Retail/Outlet - Non-Management Requisition Number : SALES02218 Part-Time Locations Showing 1 location 301 W Broughton St, Savannah, GA 31401, USA Title: Seasonal Part Time Crew Mate (Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate) Department: Retail Reports To: Captain (Store Manager)/First Mate (Assistant Manager)/Second Mate (Management Trainee) Overview Responsible for assisting the management team (Captain, First Mates, and Second Mates) in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand promise (“Every Day Should Feel This Good”) and makes service a top priority. Functions & Responsibilities Generate Sales – Responsible for meeting their goals/measures Develops and maintains relationships with top customers Supports in-store event sourcing and execution Ensures the store reflects Shep & Ian’s vision of “Every Day Should Feel This Good” to our customers through “Hosting the Party” Leads the store in email capture and educating new associates on best practices Ensures the customer wish list is always current with customers being notified when product arrives.
