In-Office Agent Experience Lead: Training & Support

Compass is looking for an Agent Experience Manager in Providence to manage customer relationships and enhance their experience. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for high-touch customers, provide training and marketing support, and collaborate with teams for effective onboarding.
