We’re seeking motivated Inbound Call Center Sales Reps that are interested in obtaining their P&C license to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll educate clients, provide quotes, and sell a variety of insurance products including auto, home, and umbrella coverage.

Schedule

• Paid Training: M-F 8:30am–5:00pm MST (Hybrid)
• Post-Training:
• • Monday–Friday, 6am–7pm MST (8‐hour shift)
  • Rotating Saturdays, 7am–3:30pm
  • Hybrid: Mon–Wed onsite | Thu–Sat remote
• Shift bids after training

What You’ll Do

• Quote and sell insurance (auto, homeowners, umbrella)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collect and update customer information
• Participate in required training, meetings, and one‐on‐ones
• Meet or exceed sales and quality goals

Job Qualifications/Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience
• Ability to meet quotas, metrics, and performance goals
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear communication of insurance concepts and coverages
• Eligibility to obtain non‐resident P&C licenses in required states
