What Youll Do:
- Assemble PCBs, components & small mechanical parts
- Perform thru-hole soldering and precision work
- Read diagrams, follow instructions, and ensure top quality
- Work with tools, materials, and equipment across multiple production areas
- Keep things clean, safe, and running smoothly
What You Bring:
- 1+ year assembly experience (electronics preferred!)
- Strong soldering skills (IPC a plus!)
- Great attention to detail & steady hands
- Ability to read BOMs and follow technical documents
- Team-player attitude & willingness to learn
