GENERAL ANESTHESIOLOGIST - Youngstown, Ohio

Private Practice | W-2 $525,000 or 1099 $550,000 | 2-3 Day Work Week

You will provide anesthesia services across a diverse surgical caseload while medically supervising in-house Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists. This model allows you to practice medicine the way it should be - centered on patients rather than corporate metrics. The practice emphasizes teamwork, clinical excellence, and sustainable scheduling.

Compensation & Benefits

W-2 Option:

• Base Salary: $550,000 annually
• Profit Sharing: $26,000 per year
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 for a 1 year commitment - $100,000 for a 2 year commitment

• Flexible 2-3 day work week totaling 48 hours
• Mix of 24, 16, and 8 hour shifts - days fully negotiable

Clinical Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and provide continuous patient monitoring across multiple surgical specialties
• Perform pre-operative evaluations, intra-operative management, and post-operative care
• Medically supervise CRNAs while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, perioperative nurses, and the care team
• Ensure thorough and compliant documentation of all anesthesia services

Case Mix & Specialties

Qualifications

• MD or DO - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active Ohio medical license or ability to obtain
