Key Responsibilities of the LPN / LVN

Provide nursing care to patients under the supervision of an RN

Assist in the administration of medications and treatments

Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team

Document patient information accurately and timely

Support daily living activities for patients as needed

Requirements of the LPN / LVN

Current LPN / LVN license in Pennsylvania

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
