Dental Front Office Coordinator

In the heart of Auburn Hills lies Advanced Dental, our office which proudly serves this fine community. Due to growth, our office is looking for an experienced front office coordinator to help our patients navigate their visits, their insurance, and their comfort. If you are an experienced front office dental coordinator with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, we would like to talk with you!

What we'll offer you:

Hourly salary starting at $25 - $30/based on experience
Full-time schedule with Fridays off

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday: 8:15-5:00 (1 hour lunch)
Saturday: 1x monthly fall/winter 8:15-2:00pm

Responsibilities

As our Front Office Coordinator, you will:

Meet and greet our patients
Develop productive schedules
Manage patient documents and records
Engage and foster patients through a positive experience
Ensure claims are correct
Additional responsibilities to keep our office moving forward

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

1+ year of experience working in a dental front office
Proven expereince helping patients and positivly
High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Dental operations
Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
Experience with Dental Software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft dental software, Curve or MacPractice
